South Lyon Medical Center is operated by a private not-for-profit corporation, South Lyon Health Center, Inc.  Any resident of the hospital district which includes Smith and Mason Valleys can become a participating member of the corporation.  The following dues apply:

      $15.00 Senior Membership (age 62 or older)
      $20.00 Individual membership
      $20.00 Senior couple membership
      $40.00 Family membership

 

     We urge all residents to join to have a say in the hospital governance and to enjoy a 5% discount on all health services provided by SLMC or one of its affiliated clinics.  Discount is applied to balance after insurance payment if applicable.  With this tax-deductible donation, you are supporting one of the most important institutions in any area, especially in our rural setting.  If interested please call Janey Belez at 775-463-2301 ext 201.
