South Lyon Medical Center Provides Four Clinics to Serve our Area Residents.
Physicians Clinic is an outpatient clinic located at 311 Surprise Street in Yerington. Providers at this clinic include David Buster, MD; Sharon Malotte, MD; Leslie McGraw, APN; and Pauline Bradshaw, APN. Our hours of operation are: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may call 775-463-2348 to make an appointment.
Smith Valley Physicians Clinic offers medical care to the patients of Wellington, Smith Valley and the surrounding areas. Physician Robin Titus and Advanced Practitioner of Nursing Tineke Van de Merwe are available for appointments Monday-Thursday. Please call 775-465-2587.
Barnett Clinic walk-in services are available for patients without primary care providers or those who need same day services. This clinic is for non life-threatening health problems and does not offer appointments. Patients will be seen in order of medical need. Providers include Physician Gerald Brown, Advanced Pratitioners of Nursing John Malek, Pauline Bradshaw and Tineke Van de Merwe. Other SLMC providers may also provide care at Barnett clinic as needed. 775-463-2301 ext 150.
The Visiting Physician Clinic is located at 306 Surprise Street and is home to the many specialists who visit regularly. This new addition will also house our Community Resource Center.
